What was the reason for the need to build a new hall?

The need to build a new hall resulted from the lack of space for storing our products and the need for development, expansion and creation of a logistics and distribution center at ul. Płaska 12, which would relieve the current warehouses. What were the hall's main assumptions? The hall was supposed to be modern, functional, equipped with photovoltaics. The graphite color we chose refers to other already built buildings and the architecture of Invest-Tech.
 

Why did we decide to place photovoltaic panels on the roof of the building?
 

Since the establishment of the company, we have been developing very dynamically, we implement new technologies on an ongoing basis, which allow us to systematically improve and improve the quality of our services. We are a highly digitized company that focuses on innovation and modernity. At Invest-Tech, we care about the environment and ecology - we have introduced the "zero waste" principle on the premises of the company, we have changed the habits of moving around in the warehouse - we have replaced traditional forklifts with electric forklifts. Some of them additionally have additional functions that allow us to save energy thanks to the PureEnergy concept. At Invest-Tech, we have implemented a modern warehouse management system, thanks to which we are able to easily maintain order and maintain full security and compliance with ISO 9001. The company has ISO, PN EN, PED, PN-EN certificates, Hygienic Certificates, TÜV Rheinland PED/AD2000 . Quality and ecology are the most important for us, so the decision to install photovoltaic panels in production halls was a matter of time and in a sense a "must have"

Solar energy can be obtained continuously, and RES installations are environmentally friendly. Photovoltaic panels and RES mean, above all, cleaner air. We hope that the CWL system we have chosen will allow us to reduce heat loss during the use of the hall, and the hall itself will have lower operating costs. The roof we choose, covered with a highly insulated membrane, is a considerable investment, but in the future it will certainly allow us to save energy and optimize the costs related to the operation of the hall. The hall has not yet been commissioned, so we cannot assess at the moment whether we will need an additional increase in the installation area.

Thanks to the latest implementation, the construction of a new hall, our commercial and storage capacity will increase - and our customers will have access to an even larger range of steel products
