3D design

With the use of the latest software, our construction-design office is able to design and implement almost any device.

We use the best designing software: CAD 3d- PTC CREO and Solidworks. We have experience in strength calculation made with MES software.

Additionally, with visualization software (keyshot) we are able to present conceptual project looking very realistic on a photo of the area or in a form of an animation, even before production takes place.

• Modeling Solidworks/ PTC Creo software
• Creating steel elements, unfolded plates necessary for the production process
• Creating ''DXF" "DWG" files necessary for machine cutting
• Welded constructions
• Integrating design and production systems with CAM software – preparing machining projects for designed elements.
• Creating design dossier (production, assembly, instruction manual) in electronic and paper form.
• Computing tension occurring in constructions or machines with Finite Element Method (MES).
• Creating realistic visualizations of prototypes (keyshot software). Especially useful while designing product catalogs. They allow taking photos or recording short movies.
